Let’s All Go To Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party!

Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party!

Let’s all go to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! It really snows on Main Street! My son and I love to go to this party! First, I want to let everyone know the lines are small during this party because Disney only sells so many tickets and it is sold out. Yes, I have seen it sold out before so if you are planning to purchase your tickets pick your date.

We love all of the different treats which are included in your ticket price. This is a separately ticketed event. There are different treats at different locations inside the park. We just happen to love the snickerdoodle cookies! They are so good! Any treat is better at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. I think it is that special feeling of merriment in your heart from just being there.

The parade and fireworks are our favorites. Of course, I know everyone likes those but, they are special during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! And the snow on the Main Street makes the Party super fun. We live in Florida so that is the only time we see snow for the year! And there is a lot of snow on Main Steet! (Of course, it feels real!)

Also, during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party are dancing, and singing by the different Characters which are dear to our hearts. It makes it very exciting when you are with your family!

There are also many different photos you can have taken with Memory Maker. They add special “Magic” into the photos all of the time. There are also special borders and stickers you can use on your photos. This makes an extra special memory and I cherish all of my photos as my son grew up with me at The Walt Disney World ®Resort and with this special party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. This party will bring joy into your heart and memories for years to come!

Manitou Incline Looks Like the Stairway to Heaven

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

The Manitou Incline looks like the stairway to heaven. It is located near Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is a popular hiking trail. With 2000 ft. of elevation in a one mile trail for advanced hikers, it is not for the faint of heart. My Sister and her family climbed up the incline then she told me about it. She said,” I was climbing almost straight up”.

The history of, The Manitou Incline is amazing.  The Manitou Incline was originally built as a cable car to carry materials to build pipelines on Pikes Peak- America’s Mountain. The trail is what remains of a narrow gauge railway whose tracks washed out during a rock slide in 1990.  After the pipelines were finished, it was turned into a tourist attraction. The Incline is famous for its sweeping views and steep grade, with an average grade of 45% and as steep as 68% in places, making it a fitness challenge for locals in the Colorado Springs area. Do not let the top fool you there is 300 more feet to go before reaching the real top. After reaching the summit you walk down a trail called Barr Trail. No one is allowed to go down the Manitou Incline.

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Has Extra Treats!

Disney Memory Maker

Glamping Bloggers Retreat 2017                                                                                                                                    Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party has extra treats! I went with 9 other Bloggers to this Event! It was a wonderful group we were all dressed as Wilderness Explorers! Many people ask if the extra ticket price is worth it. In my opinion, yes, yes, yes, it is! There is so much to do!

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party has extra treats! There are, Special Disney Character

Appearances, Club Villain, Monstrous Scream-O-Ween Ball, Hallowishes the fireworks

extravaganza, Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, and Mickey’s “Boo-To-You” Halloween Parade

which is one of my favorites and so much more! I love Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! The

decorations on Main Street are always so incredible. Also, I love the mesmerizing effect when

the color changes on the buildings with the not-so-scary music in the background. I heard from

the “Smiling Ghosts” that Main Street has over 200 different face carved pumpkins for

Halloween! The Characters are also in special places dressed in their finest party costumes.

There is special party merchandise to buy, and special party treats to eat. The goodies look

frighteningly good!

To begin with, I suggest that you arrive early and eat first. This is a must on a party night or you

might not be able to just walk up and get in! If you do not want to take so much time on a sit-

down meal, there are many choices of counter service meals also.

The time goes very quickly at the party. It just flies and before you know it midnight strikes and

the carriage turns back into a pumpkin. It is a very good idea to have a plan of what you want to

do the most before midnight strikes and the party is over. Our number one priority was to see

Mickey’s “Boo-To-You” Parade. Our group decided to go to the 9:15 Parade. There is another

at 11:15.

We started riding rides and trick-or-treating. So many trick-or-treating locations on the map. A

Cast Member reminded me that at the 9:15 Boo To You Parade, was a good time to ride the

rides with the long lines. Most noteworthy of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is the short

lines for the rides.

After riding several rides, and trick-or-treating in several places, having a few photo’s made I

have to say the parade was wonderful with, The Headless Horseman first, following with the

floats, music, lights and, Characters. Next, on the way out we went to the Fire Station and

received our collector card of, Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. The night was over already. It

was a super fun, happy, and ghostly night! Hurry before all of the Mickey’s Not So Scary

Halloween Party tickets are sold out! You will be sure to have a BOO-TO-YOU night!

I was provided accommodations/meals for a registration fee by Glamping Blogger Retreat 2017, however, all opinions are my own.
